Refunds are issued if a service or product is not delivered as described, and the request is made within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed digital projects (web design, software, custom solutions)
• Subscription fees and training programs after access has been granted
• Third-party transaction or gateway charges

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the original payment method.
